4 Stars Installation Problems
Included Hardware and the Video Card were exceptional. The enclosed instructions were very inadequate. I could not get the ATI driver Software to load. There was no mention in the Instructions or the enclosed CD that 64bit Vista was not supported. I did manage to download the 64bit drivers from the ATI/AMD Website but only after repeated attempts to use the enclosed CD. This is totally unlike AMD!

Do not believe the description that says this is Windows XP compatible it’s NOT. After 2 weeks of emails with no response I waited on hold for over 2 hours to be told the remote and IR receiver will not work with XP and I have to pay to send them in and then they will send me XP compatible units. But these replacements will NOT work with Vista if I upgrade later. Never, ever will I buy another product made by this company after being treated so poorly. I didn’t make the mistake they did (even the package it all comes in says it is XP compatible!) and they should have immediately sent the XP compatible parts I need without me having to wait, for how long, will see.
2 Stars Not an HD TV Tuner
If you think you can connect this tuner card to a component video HD set top box for Vista Media Center, think again. Tried it and Media center does not see the video. I had to use S-Video which I don’t consider HD. The Video card side is great. The Tuner is nothing special.

The software on this is horrible. You are much better off keeping your older cards especially something like the HDTV wonder.

The All-In-Wonder HD is a terrible product! I bought this thinking it was an HD capture card, I needed to take video for video games and other things for a website I work on. Problem is this only has an HD out, no in. It is also lacking a component video in. You can out put in almost all types of HD, but you have no input for those. You do get a crappy S-Video to Component cable, but it doesn’t work very well at all. Things come out in black and while, or the image is like seeing double vision even after you render it. The product does not work well and I would not buy it, and I’m not opening up my wallet to another ATI/AMD product for a long time. This is a misleading piece of equipment.
I guess this product could make an o.k DVR, but if you need a capture card for any kind of media production, weather it be capturing VHS to digital capture, or game and other video footage like I am doing DON’T BUY THIS!!!
